Prices and payment policies have to be set by the seller and the invoicing and related responsibilities lay within the seller.

• The prices for the same items that you sell on Arab Tools platform should not be more than the b2b price on AT website 
• Any offers to be applied, has to notified with Arab Tools prior.
• If another seller provides your items, you can add your price accordingly and the buyer will have the freedom to choose on as we provide both sellers to them. 
• The decisions such as suspension/cancellation of delivery against the late payment or any other obligations are the sole discretion of the seller.

Selling Fee 

• Sellers are required to pay selling fees on every sales or chargeback applied if any. 
• The selling fee will be auto-credited to your account and it is inclusive of taxes, cost of the process, administration, and every expense incurred in to realize your sales on Arab Tools.

Free listing  

• All sellers get a free listing facility with Arab Tools.
• All Listings must comply with the terms and conditions of Arab Tools.
• The provision to create a listing based on the choice of a subscription plan. 
• Publication of listings, the period of listings, authenticity of listings; subject of listings, etc., should comply with the rules of the marketplace product listing.

Shipping 

All orders shall be granted with fulfillment by Arab tools. The pack, load, and delivery of Goods to the Delivery Point in accordance with the invoicing and other instructions printed on the face of the Purchase order will be the responsibility of Arab Tools unless the seller objects it.
